Saturday morning every week<\/div>\n<div>Starting time: Go to work immediately or negotiate a suitable time.<\/div>\n<p><strong>*JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>&#8211; Develop development strategies and business plans for the surveillance camera segment for the project.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Build partner &amp; customer channels<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Build, develop and manage human resources in the sales department<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Advise the Board of Directors on product\/solution business orientation suitable for customers and markets<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; KPI on brand development, sales KPI<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>* JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Priority is given to candidates who have been a sales team leader or have experience as a sales manager \/ sales specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the industry, with knowledge of CCTV and IT fields.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Ability to judge the market, handle situations sensitively, think coherently, clearly, and have a high level of systematization.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Ability to build good relationships with customers and partners, have good communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; High team spirit, passionate and dedicated to work, fair, straightforward &#8211; Passionate about making money, fighting in work and projects.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>* CANDIDATE BENEFITS &#8211; DNG Distribution Company, the official distributor of Hanwha Vision Camera products, has more than 5 years of experience in trading Hanwha Camera products in the Vietnamese market.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; DNG Distribution Company, the official importer of Hikvision Camera products in the Vietnamese market for project partners.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Fixed salary of 10-15 million + 20-30% of sales profit + Bonus\/Fun based on registered sales.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211;
