Build, develop and manage the human resources team in the business sector<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Advise the Board of Directors on the direction of business products\/solutions suitable for customers and markets<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; KPI on brand development, sales KPI<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>* CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Priority is given to candidates who have been a sales team leader or have experience as a business manager\/sales specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the industry, have knowledge of the field of video conferencing, AV, PA, IT, digital transformation, building distribution channels, experience in selling software.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Have the ability to judge the market, handle situations sensitively, think coherently, clearly, and have a high level of systematization.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Have the ability to build good relationships with customers and partners, have good communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211;
