Working location: BT2A – 106 Me Tri Thuong Urban Area, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
Contract type: Full-time
Working hours: 8-17:00 (lunch break from 12-13:00), from Monday to Friday & Saturday morning every week
Starting time: Go to work immediately or negotiate a suitable time.
*JOB DESCRIPTION
– Develop development strategies and business plans for the surveillance camera segment for the project.
– Build partner & customer channels
– Build, develop and manage human resources in the sales department
– Advise the Board of Directors on product/solution business orientation suitable for customers and markets
– KPI on brand development, sales KPI
* JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Priority is given to candidates who have been a sales team leader or have experience as a sales manager / sales specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the industry, with knowledge of CCTV and IT fields.
– Ability to judge the market, handle situations sensitively, think coherently, clearly, and have a high level of systematization.
– Ability to build good relationships with customers and partners, have good communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion.
– High team spirit, passionate and dedicated to work, fair, straightforward – Passionate about making money, fighting in work and projects.

– Fixed salary of 10-15 million + 20-30% of sales profit + Bonus/Fun based on registered sales.
