Recruitment position:
Sales specialist for Aver video conferencing equipment
Sales specialist for Soltech Korea switch
Working location: At the company headquarters in Hanoi
Contract type: Full-time
Working hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm), from Monday to Friday & Saturday morning every week
Starting time: Go to work immediately or negotiate a suitable time.
* JOB DESCRIPTION
– Develop development strategies and business plans for the Company’s business segments.
– Build partner & customer channels, traditional distribution channels.
– Build, develop and manage the human resources team in the business sector
– Advise the Board of Directors on the direction of business products/solutions suitable for customers and markets
– KPI on brand development, sales KPI
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Priority is given to candidates who have been a sales team leader or have experience as a business manager/sales specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the industry, have knowledge of the field of video conferencing, AV, PA, IT, digital transformation, building distribution channels, experience in selling software.
– Have the ability to judge the market, handle situations sensitively, think coherently, clearly, and have a high level of systematization.
– Have the ability to build good relationships with customers and partners, have good communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion.
– High team spirit, passionate and dedicated to work, fair, straightforward
– Passionate about making money, fighting in work, projects.

– Fixed salary of 10-15 million + 20-30% of sales profit + Bonus/Fun based on registered sales.

* Working location: Hanoi City and HCM Branch.
*Working hours: 8am-12pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday from 8am-12pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays as prescribed
