4K PTZ dual lens conference camera
The CAM550 is equipped with an AI lens for the automatic PTZ feature, providing a full view of meeting attendees and detecting new arrivals. The Smart Gallery feature helps clearly display every participant at the far end. Enable gesture control to enjoy a safe and convenient meeting experience. 4K dual-lens technology captures the entire room, delivering a premium conferencing experience for medium to large sized rooms.
Dual 4K lenses provide wide-angle clarity for medium to large sized rooms
Capture the entire room with wide-angle clarity. CAM550 is equipped with two 4K lenses. The first is a PTZ camera with 12X optical zoom (24X total zoom) to create a clear frame for meeting participants. The second is an AI lens with 95〬FOV to provide a panoramic view of the room.
Dynamic Framing improves meeting efficiency
The CAM550 focuses quickly and accurately on participants and newcomers. When new people enter, the second AI lens works to detect them, then the PTZ camera automatically recognizes the frame. Through fully automated operation, this dynamic framework optimizes meetings and protects the safety of participants.
Gesture recognition AI provides contactless control
Take advantage of intuitive gesture controls to operate the camera. Built-in AI gesture recognition eliminates touch points. Camera control becomes easier and safer.
Mark participants with Smart Library
Capture clear images of attendees with Smart Gallery, face and body recognition AI technology that “frames” attendees’ faces and ensures that everyone looks great. You can choose between face mode and body mode to adapt to any situation without manual editing.
Eliminate USB cable connections using the AVer Virtual Stream feature
AVer Virtual Streaming technology enables the CAM550 to stream video into conferencing software via a single Ethernet connection. Additionally, the PoE+ port simplifies setup and reduces installation costs.

Preset Link – is a completely new function of PTZApp 2 that comes with integrated AVer USB camera with Shure® and Sennheiser® microphones.
