GOODS RETURN POLICY

Return policy to ensure maximum benefits for customers when purchasing and using DNG’s goods and services

1. You can exchange goods if the product is unused

Customers have the right to exchange the product for another product if the product is unused, has a manufacturer error and must be checked and confirmed by DNG technical staff. The returned product will be equal to the value of the exchanged product. Application time: No more than 7 days from date of purchase

2. Return the goods and get a refund

DNG will exchange or return goods and refund customers in the following cases.

– Goods are not of the correct type and design as you ordered.

– Goods that do not meet quality requirements such as: expired, out of warranty, inoperable, objective damage within the warranty scope of the supplier, manufacturer, etc.

3. Conditions for accepting returns

Customers can exchange for a new product of the same type when the product has an irreparable problem (due to the manufacturer’s technical error). Defective products can only be exchanged after technical confirmation and compliance with the following conditions:

– Goods whose origin is determined when purchased at DNG (based on the purchase invoice, series and identification stamp affixed to the product)

– The goods are confirmed to have a technical defect by a Technician of the Company’s or DNG’s Warranty Center

– The goods still have the warranty seal intact

– The goods received are not defective (scratched, dented, yellowed, broken, etc.)

– Returned goods must still have all accessories and accompanying gifts

– Returned goods must ensure complete packaging and accompanying documents

4. In case of not accepting returns:

– Customers want to change types and designs without prior notice.

– Customers do not operate according to instructions, causing damage to products and goods.

– Customers affect the external condition such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

– The customer signed to confirm that he had inspected and received the goods but then requested to return the goods due to physical defects (scratches, dents, yellowing, breakage, etc.)

5. Procedures for handling returns and exchanges:

– Customers can contact DNG Warranty Department directly to check the product and complete return procedures.

– After confirmation of a technical error by a DNG technician, the exchange will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of DNG and the Company’s Warranty Center.
