DNG – Recruiting Sales Lead/ Sales in the Light Electrical Camera Sector

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively develop and implement the Company’s business plan on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to achieve business efficiency based on registered business targets (revenue targets, profit targets, customer debt, inventory value).
• Develop development strategies and business plans for the Company’s assigned business segments.
• Building partner & customer channels
• Manage, care for, maintain customer relationships through software, tools the company is using
• Advise the Board of Directors on business orientation of products/solutions suitable for customers, markets
• Implement KPIs on brand development, sales KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Sales can be promoted to Department Head, Industry Head & regime according to agreement
• Candidates with knowledge in the fields of CCTV, IT, digital transformation, software are advantages
• Accept candidates without experience but with sales skills, confidence, good communication, daring to do.
• Being able to judge the market, handle situations sensitively, thinking coherently, clearly, highly systematic is an advantage. =
• Being able to build good relationships with customers, partners, having good communication skills, negotiating, persuading.
• High team spirit, passionate and dedicated to work, fair, straightforward
• Passion for making money, fierce fighting spirit in projects, passion for work.
